The Global Support Coordinator is responsible for working closely with the AGS Technology Analysts and the AGS Program Management Offices (PMO) teams to successfully support various activities critical to our AGS program’s day-to-day success. Data Management Associates are responsible for supporting the Data Management workstream within the AGS Implementation process for MSP or Procurement Solutions projects. The Data Management Associate is responsible for collecting and tracking incumbent worker data from a variety of sources, analyzing data gaps, validating data and transforming data for upload. The Data Management Associate will be responsible for discovering and resolving gaps in data to prepare the information for loading into a VMS. The Data Management Associate will attend all internal and external project calls, and report workstream status. The Data Management Associate will build the necessary relationships between outside vendors, clients and internal project teams to complete project tasks on deadline and with quality. Data Management Associates will partner with Data Management Analysts to quality check/audit data loads as part of their training. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will support the client recruitment teams and have responsibility for candidate care and administrative support associated with a candidate’s application process through to their onboarding. You must be willing to work on the night shift schedule and in Ortigas.

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will possess strong attention to detail and accuracy and will be able to identify potential risks or issues associated with a candidate’s application or onboarding process and take corrective measures to mitigate them.

Reporting to the Recruitment Administration Team Lead, you will assist in driving high-quality candidate care and strive to be an ambassador for the Allegis Global Solutions brand at every interaction.   

Your duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Providing support to the recruitment team by completing designated activities within agreed timeframes.
• Maintaining consistent communication with candidates throughout the onboarding process, to manage requirements and expectations.
• Initiating and monitoring onboarding activities as per client process.
• Maintaining audit-ready offers and onboarding materials, resolving issues, and escalating as needed.

The Program Coordinator will join a team of professionals working in a fast-paced, team environment. The Program Coordinator facilitates and manages various processes (client-specific) within the contingent worker lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding. The Program Coordinator also provides first-level customer support to Hiring Managers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Assist Hiring managers, Staffing Specialists, and suppliers during all stages of the contract labor acquisition process including but not limited to interview scheduling, onboarding, worker assignment management, time and expense management, and offboarding.
• Document all client-reported issues and track resolution through to completion ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and update worker assignments to reflect appropriate changes.
• Provide constant communication to clients, suppliers, contingent workers, and other partners via face-to-face meetings, email, and phone.
• Conduct research and analysis to resolve client or supplier inquiries as needed.
• Provide program status reports to leadership as required.
• Monitor performance against contract SLAs (i.e. pending end of assignments, invoicing, time and expense management, and vendor compliance tracking)
• Constant interaction with vendors to ensure new hire paperwork is completed promptly so the contractor can start assignments on time.

The Senior Research Analyst is part of the Market Insights Team which is the insights and research Center of Excellence of AGS. Market Insights is responsible for providing actionable insights and market and competitor intelligence reports that enable our recruitment teams to build tactical sourcing strategies, increase candidate quality, and become true talent advisors.

Senior Research Analysts are tasked with creating talent maps and other BAU reports. They also contributes to completing complex reports covering various aspects of recruitment market and competitor intelligence.

Main Responsibilities:

• Creates talent maps for niche talent markets through semantic and deep-web search, with emphasis on the use of Boolean and other x-ray searching methodologies
• Gathers candidate intelligence from social media networks and from other online sources, through the use of appropriate extensions and tools
• Leverages gathered intelligence to create long-term sourcing strategies for niche and volume hiring challenges
• Performs market research tasks through advanced Google search, basic database mining, and data scraping
• Produces other standard Market Insights deliverables that include simple & advanced salary & benefit analysis, sourcing channel analysis, brand perception report, industry level analysis, and talent movement
• Contributes to multi-tiered, complex research reports including competitor analysis, organizational chart mapping, marketing/brand audit, and advanced talent movement
