The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for collaborating with the digital product managers (DPM), business system owners, and users to capture the right business requests and accurately translating them to specifications that aid design, coding, and testing of complex software and/or data warehouse applications within the organization.  The scope of work will include but is not limited to: End-to-end process documentation, review and improvement, operational and management reporting.  They will be comfortable dealing with stakeholders at all levels of the business and will be able to quickly build productive working relationships with key counterparts.

In this position, you will be assigned Direct Billed reports/policies to manage. This role will have interactions with brokers, insureds, underwriters and other members of the finance team.

Daily operations for Direct Bill Support and communication with Direct Bill digital brokers
o Monitor incoming Direct Bill payments to confirm daily receipts.

The BSA performs a liaison function between the DPM, business users, software engineers and QA analysts for implementing software solutions in order to accurately realize business goals.

• Leads the end-to-end/integration testing, assists DPM in planning of the test effort. Collaborates with the business users/SMEs/stakeholders on the use cases and test cases.
  • BSA III should work to remove blockers, assign owners with due dates to items blocking E2E, give target completion dates to QA for specific scenarios, etc.
• Maintains product and system documentation in Confluence, Miro, and other tools. Collaborates with BPMs, analyzes, maps and communicates current state and future state business processes.
• Assists DPM/Proxy DPM or leads in sprint ceremonies like backlog refinement and sprint review/demo.

The actuarial analyst is responsible for collection, organization, interpretation, analysis, scrubbing, documentation and dissemination of complex data sets. The candidate will be responsible for modeling complex problems, reconciling data sets, analyzing trends and summarizing data for review and analysis. The candidate will provide support and be part of the US Actuarial team.

You will provide support to the actuarial pricing team in Construction, Energy, Alternative Markets, National Accounts & High Excess Workers Compensation. These units provide commercial line products of Worker’s Compensation, General Liability, Auto Liability to large accounts with large retentions and customized programs, and guaranteed cost packages to for upper-end of middle market accounts.
