Assignment: Night Shift

Arch is seeking a proactive, results-driven individual to join our Global Internal Audit (“IA”) team as Senior Internal Auditor.  As a Senior Internal Auditor, you will gain hands-on experience with business and technology processes, risks, and controls. You will also build direct relationships with key business, technology, and audit leaders as part of your efforts to conduct risk assessments, develop process and control documentation, perform audit/testing procedures, and identify process and control improvement opportunities. The Senior Internal Auditor may also lead aspects of Internal Audit projects and/or Sarbanes-Oxley (“SOX”) program activities. • Serve as a team member on Audit/Advisory projects and/or SOX program efforts
• Perform Audit/SOX activities including interviews, walkthroughs, testing, wrap-up, and issue follow up
• May lead certain aspects of Audit/Advisory projects and/or SOX program efforts including engagement
• planning, depending upon skillsets and project requirements
• May oversee Internal Auditor(s) on projects, depending upon skillsets and project requirements
• Participate in the SOX and Audit Plan development process

The IT Resource manager oversees resource planning and optimizes resource utilization across the Strategic Analytics organization. His/her expertise in IT resource planning and management will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient delivery of projects and achieving organizational goals. The ideal candidate possesses a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.

• Analyzing project demands, resource availability and constraints to develop effective resource allocation plans.
• Collaborating with project managers, department heads and stakeholders to understand resource requirements and develop viable resource plans.
• Developing and implementing resource planning strategies to align resource allocation with project demands and organizational goals.
• Optimizing resource utilization by identifying and resolving conflicts, bottlenecks or imbalances in resource allocation.
• Monitoring resource utilization trends and proactively recommending adjustments to ensure optimal resource allocation.

Shift: Mid Shift

The QA Manager will oversee the software quality assurance testing process responsible for improving the quality, consistency and reliability of software product deliverables. This role will establish, manage and communicate software QA practices and procedures and coordinate software product testing processes. 

• Partner with product teams to develop, implement and manage processes to ensure that software products meet required specifications for quality, functionality and reliability prior to delivery
• Establish and maintain quality assurance standards, procedures, and policies
• Establish and maintain an automation testing framework.
• Coordinate all aspects of QA testing for software product releases
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality objectives
• Collect and analyze quality metrics and stakeholder feedback to optimize quality assurance operations and improve software product quality
• Manage a team of QA engineers and participate in hiring and onboarding
• Establish guidelines, polices and best practices for Test Environment management.
• Ensure compliance with standards and practices
• Define and manage the QA Team’s roadmap
