Shift: Night Shift

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Systems Engineer with expertise in Endpoint Management to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing endpoint systems, with a primary focus on Microsoft Intune and Windows 11. This role involves ensuring secure and efficient operation of devices across the organization while aligning with business objectives and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:

1.      Endpoint Management:

·        Configure, manage, and monitor devices using Microsoft Intune.

·        Ensure proper deployment, updates, and maintenance of Windows 11 systems.

·        Automate provisioning, deployment, and compliance policies for endpoints.

2.      Policy and Compliance:

·        Develop and implement policies for device management, including security baselines, encryption, and application control.

·        Monitor and resolve compliance issues related to endpoint devices.

3.      System Updates and Patching:

·        Plan and execute operating system updates and application patches for Windows 11 devices.

·        Manage software distribution and version control.

4.      Troubleshooting and Support:

·        Diagnose and resolve issues with endpoints, including hardware, software, and network connectivity problems.

·        Provide second-level support for escalated endpoint-related incidents.

5.      Collaboration and Documentation:

·        Work closely with cross-functional teams to define endpoint management requirements.

·        Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, procedures, and technical designs.

6.      Training and Awareness:

·        Provide guidance and training to end-users and IT staff on endpoint best practices.

·        Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in endpoint management, Windows 11, and Intune.

This role will join the global treasury practice, focusing on the establishment of insurance/reinsurance collateral management practices for group companies aimed at increasing the scalability and automation of collateral management and process improvement across the group.

Role will require the ability to support process change improvements that are compliant with group policies and controls. Position requires coordination with internal customers and stakeholders. 

Job Responsibilities

1. Support implementation, administer and monitor collateral management processes, including regular reporting, and administration.
2. State Deposit Processing and Monitoring.
3. Collate and report metrics to demonstrate progress toward group goals.
4. Coordinate documentation relating to third party contacts (trustees, banks, state departments, reinsurers.).
5. Maintain and organize records and company databases.
6. Provide support for collateral matters across functional teams and business units.
7. Support and monitor controls for collateral management, including management/updates to the SOX Narrative.
8. Identify and report issues relating to Insurance/reinsurance trust accounts.
