The Application Support Analyst Level is responsible to operational support and management of various business applications across the enterprise.

• Provide technical support on all internal and external applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex software related issues and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Analyze, resolve and/or accurately reassign IT related problems and issues.
• Work cross-functionally on software implementation, upgrade, and change order projects.

Document tasks/activities within the ITSM (i.e. Service Now, JIRA) system to ensure conformance with IT, SDLC, and security standards and requirements.

We are seeking a Test Engineer to join our team who will be responsible for testing automation solutions built using UiPath and Alteryx. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both tools and experience in software testing methodologies. 

• Design and develop test cases for automation workflows created in UiPath and Alteryx. 
• Execute test plans and scenarios for all functional areas of our products. 
• Identify, document, and track software defects found during testing. 
• Work closely with developers to ensure defects are correctly identified and fixed. 
• Perform regression testing when bugs are resolved. 
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing automation processes. 
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g., developers and business SMEs) to identify system requirements. 
• Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions. 
• Create Dashboards and reports to show testing status and results.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying RPA solutions, and ensuring the quality and functionality of these solutions.

• Design, develop, and test RPA solutions using UiPath to meet business needs. 
• Implement IDP solutions to automate document-centric processes. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document process requirements and ensure that the RPA solutions meet these requirements.
