The Cash Analyst is responsible to review and analyze policy premium balances and the timely collection of outstanding premiums. The candidate will process and reconcile finance related transactions with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. The candidate will provide support and be part of the US Finance team. 

• Recording cash payments in Accounts Receivable system
• Applying cash to open receivable transactions
• Conduct research and resolve discrepancies with errant payments

• Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances

The Claims Division is seeking an Indexing Assistant to join the Claims Operations Team.  Under general supervision, the Indexing Assistant provides administrative support to one or more individuals in the Claims Department.

• Identify, classify and triage incoming documents/mail to the appropriate owner (could be a TPA, a different department within Arch, Arch claims etc…)
• Process document/mail and index to appropriate Arch claims files in the system; ImageRight system / FlexiCapture Verification which includes:
  • Surety indexing
  • Canada indexing
  • Dropfile

The candidate will process and reconcile bank, accounts receivable, payables and general ledger related transactions with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, customer service and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
