Data Engineer will work closely with the rest of the product team and business peers to effectively execute Data project initiatives. The IT Resource manager oversees resource planning and optimizes resource utilization across the Strategic Analytics organization. His/her expertise in IT resource planning and management will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient delivery of projects and achieving organizational goals. The ideal candidate possesses a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.

• Analyzing project demands, resource availability and constraints to develop effective resource allocation plans.
• Collaborating with project managers, department heads and stakeholders to understand resource requirements and develop viable resource plans.
• Developing and implementing resource planning strategies to align resource allocation with project demands and organizational goals.
• Optimizing resource utilization by identifying and resolving conflicts, bottlenecks or imbalances in resource allocation.
• Monitoring resource utilization trends and proactively recommending adjustments to ensure optimal resource allocation.

The QA Engineer executes manual and automated testing by writing scripts and creating automation scenarios for repeated execution. Using different automation tools, the QA Engineer will design, test, and deploy effective test automation solutions.

• Works with the Agile Program Manager (APM), Digital Product Manager (DPM), and Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to document and plan test cases for regression, Integration, and automation test plans and test cases.
• Writes test automation scripts (i.e. Python, Java, Java script, C# etc.)
• Troubleshoots existing automation and optimizes the automation framework.
• Supports functional validation and sprint activities.
• Communicates with development teams, other product teams, and management to ensure proper test coverage of existing and new features and functionality.
• Build upon an existing framework to develop & execute automated test plans against developed features. Identify and report defects, work with team to resolve.
• Continuous improvement of automation framework and workflow processes, keep solutions up to date with latest technologies.
• Lead scrum test teams by example - encourage collaboration, contribution, and commitment to the teams’ shared goals.
• Guide and mentor junior team members on latest trends in automation.

This position will help support predictive modeling needs across a growing portfolio of high-profile advanced analytics projects with the Strategic Analytics team supporting Claim. As a key member of the team you will also play a role in advancing predictive modeling capabilities, enabling Arch to make better decisions.

• Collaborate with experienced modelers to build predictive models and analytic solutions using Python or R; apply techniques such as GLM, GAM and decision trees
• Manipulate data using R or SQL Server; develop advanced ad hoc queries to investigate data anomalies and to summarize data for pattern detection
• Develop Python or R functions and SQL stored procedures to automate recurring tasks
• Create and maintain documentation associated with models
• Assist in implementation and testing of models
• Develop dashboards in Power BI to facilitate analyses that support modeling efforts or enable model usage
• Monitor the performance and usage of models

Shift Assignment: Mid Shift

The finance analyst is responsible for collection, organization, interpretation, analysis, recording, documentation and dissemination of complex data sets. The candidate will process and reconcile finance related transactions with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, customer service and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. The candidate will provide support during mid shift corresponding to UK EST working hours and be part of the Finance team.
