Arch is seeking a proactive, results-driven individual to join our Global Internal Audit (“IA”) team as Senior Internal Auditor. As a Senior Internal Auditor, you will gain hands-on experience with business and technology processes, risks, and controls. As an Informatica Specialist / Data Integrator, you will be responsible for maintaining existing Informatica jobs, reviewing for possible improvements to legacy Informatica workflows, and building new ETL processes to push/pull data from primarily SQL sources to target for the Enterprise Applications domain.  The individual will work closely with the Data Governance Group and Data Owners to ensure that data is extracted, transformed, and loaded correctly and completely.  The Informatica Specialist / Data Integrator will work closely with the IT product teams and developers to maintain compliance with the enterprise data architecture standards.  The individual will help establish tools and standards needed to deliver solutions that deliver agility and benefit to the business.  The successful candidate will be a data technology evangelist who is passionate about improving IT delivery through technology in a hands-on approach.  You will have to be up to date with the latest technology trends and capabilities and will be able to demonstrate a leadership mindset, solid operational experience, and the ability to problem-solve.  Travel of up to 5% will be required outside of the country.

The finance analyst is responsible for collection, organization, interpretation, analysis, recording, documentation, and dissemination of complex data sets. The candidate will process and reconcile Travel and Accident accounts and general ledger related transactions with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, customer service and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. The candidate will provide support and be part of the Travel & Accident US Finance team.

• Support the Travel and Accident Business Unit for Finance and Accounting related activities and operational matters with financial impacts, including periodic reporting, cash funding, business updates, invoice processing, ad hoc reporting, cash management, etc.

The Reinsurance Accountant will assume responsibility all aspects of accounting for assigned reinsurance contracts. 

• Verification of underwriting data for quota share and/or excess of loss contracts
• Maintain the accuracy of premium information on excess of loss contracts including endorsements, premium adjustments, and cash allocations
• Maintain all aspects of quota share programs including bordereau reporting and posting, claims payments and cash allocation
• Monitor, and maintain within 90-day threshold, aging of accounts receivable
• Liaise with brokers, claims department and underwriting department regarding queries, outstanding receivables, and premium adjustments

The Business Systems Analyst II is responsible for collaborating with the digital product managers (DPM), business system owners, and users to capture the right business requests and accurately translating them to specifications that aid design, coding and testing of complex software and/or data warehouse applications within the organization.

The incumbent performs a liaison function between the DPM, business users, software engineers and QA analysts for implementing software solutions in order to accurately realize business goals.
