What will you do?

As a Team Leader, you are accountable for a small to medium Application support team and your impact will be seen in these key areas:
1.    Persistent Delivery: Leading the team in the effective and efficient adoption of the persistent solution delivery model to provide maximum value to the organization.
2.    Business Engagement: Actively engaging with internal stakeholders to influence outcomes, promoting IT AGSS services and effectively managing business expectations with SLAs and KPIs.
3.    Operational Excellence: Driving a culture of continual service improvement in the team, keeping performance and processes in line with strategy and adapting service delivery methods to meet evolving business needs.
4.    People Management: Continuously uplifting capability and creating a high performing team operating within an innovative and collaborative culture and in alignment with Aurecon Ethos.

Your impact will be seen by:

Operations / Delivery Management

• Leading product squad/s in the engineering and delivery of IT solutions using various enterprise, design and engineering applications.
• Having a deep understanding of the business processes enabled by the applications/service in scope.
• Managing resources capability, capacity and workflow to optimise value for business.
• Complying with standards and processes for software engineering and support.
• Ensuring service performance, availability, and capacity, underpinned by appropriate planning that meets the current and forecasted needs of the business.
• Ensuring that service interruptions are timely detected, documented and resolved, with appropriate root cause analysis and plan to avoid recurrence.
• Managing external support providers to meet established SLAs.
• Providing operational reporting and insights for continuous service improvement.
• Removing inefficiencies and anticipating hurdles.
• Establishing flexibility and adaptability in operations to fulfil real-time business requirements.

Product Management

• Ensuring application is properly managed and fit for purpose.
• Working with stakeholders to streamline business processes and address business problems through application solutions.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborating closely with business stakeholders for delivery of services.
• Facilitating effective communication between stakeholders and the team.

People Management

• Developing and leading a high performing team operating in an innovative and collaborative culture.
• Uplifting leadership capability and succession planning.
• Resolving performance-related matters in a timely manner.

What can you bring to the team?

You will also need the following:

• 4+ years experience in people management and service delivery management, in a team leader or project manager/supervisor capacity.
• Advanced experience in Agile methodology and IT Service Management (ITSM).
• With demonstrated experience as Scrum Master is desirable.
• Advanced experience in application management including development and support.
• Advanced experience in leading teams in a Global Shared Services set up is desirable.
• Application management experience (support, maintain, develop, and build).

What will you do?

The IT Quality Assurance Engineer's role is to provide expertise in planning, designing, and executing test scripts that ensure the quality and functionality of any designed IT solution. Apply business and functional knowledge including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology to meet the team’s overall test objectives. Ensure all testing results are easily accessible and understandable. Track defects to closure and keep the defect repository up to date.

Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’.

Generic Responsibilities

Develop test scenarios, scripts, test conditions, input test data, and expected results for one or more project test streams, including but not limited to IT infrastructure, IT Security, System, Integration and User Acceptance tests.

Specific Responsibilities: 

• Contribute to developing, improving, and maintaining testing standards and practices. 

• Help develop a testing strategy for the assigned functional squad

• Take the lead in executing test strategy 

• Help triage and manage defects/issues reported during testing activity 

• Work with the application and technical teams to resolve any issues that arise out of the testing process. 

• Participate in the release control process (when the application/tenant is transferred from the build team to the test team) to ensure that solutions meet business requirements. 

• Validate product fixes. 

• Inform the test lead of any issues that may affect the schedule, budget, or quality of the product or the testing process.

What will you do?

As a Dynamics/CRM Developer, you are responsible for the delivery and support for enhancements on the Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM products and services (including 3rd party applications such as ClickDimensions, CRM Addon’s).

• Having a detailed understanding of Dynamics Sales and Marketing modules and business processes it enables.
• Being accountable for the analysis, design, engineering, testing & delivery of marketing and sales modules.
• Working with product squad, other squads and the management to build and implement solutions in line with the business strategies.
• Complying with standards and processes for software engineering/development and support.
• Ensuring that individual and team KPIs and SLAs are achieved
• Actively working with stakeholders to seek improvements and help streamline the process through CRM.
• Anticipating hurdles and have contingency plans to circumvent them

What can you bring to the team?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any related discipline
• With at least 3+ years’ experience in Dynamics CRM implementation and continuous enhancement
• Strong experience in Agile methodology and Scrum
• Strong experience in application development and support in a Global Shared Services set up
• Extensive experience in Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing development, enhancement, and support
• Extensive experience in integrating Dynamics365 with third-party applications.
• Has technical proficiency : C#, JavaScript, and familiarity with related technologies like Power Platform.
• Excellent Stakeholder Management skills and has worked with a diverse set of stakeholders.
