The Quarterly Business Review (QBR) functions as a forum for assessing the progress of domain-specific backlog planning, keeping all involved parties informed about the status of upcoming quarters deliveries.
Divisions convene every three months to examine the results of the previous quarter and coordinate plans for the upcoming one. This enables the organization to jointly plan and provide its clients with top-notch products and services at speed and with a degree of predictability.
As a Business Manager, you ensure for an effective and efficient service for preparing and maintaining QBRs of the whole Organization.
Your mission:
- Perform daily operations tasks to support various organizational units
- Moderate and Support domains in their planning sessions
- Support Domains in their Resource Capacity Planning
- Support quarterly demo sessions
- Conduct routine cleanup of QBR Initiatives in JIRA
- Conduct functionality testing of QBR Dashboards and provide enhancement specifications if needed
- Establish and maintain various communication channels e.g. SharePoint, Outlook etc.
