The Nurse administration professional works in close collaboration with the local operational and management team. You will be part of the vital team which targets to provide the best employee experience possible to the Philippine entity. You will be leading the organization for health and safety related topics, the interface between Avaloq Philippines and our HMO, work closely with local HR and head of the location, be part of the administration and facility team and will also actively have a role in employee engagement activities.

Your key tasks 

• Be the forefront of the company’s safety and health programs by managing health activities, such as but not limited to: providing first aid to employees, accompany them to the nearest hospital in the event of in-office activities, manage clinic and medicine inventory, organize medical record keeping wherever needed, prepare health reports as needed
• Managing Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) in collaboration with Human Resources Team and coordination of Annual Physical Exam (APE).
• Act as a point person for employee needs and records with the company health provider.
• Develop and implement health and safety programs, come up with wellness programs as part of employee engagement activities.
• Provides administrative support to the operational business units in Manila, Will be part of the front desk team.
• Provides office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the office
• Initiate and organize other employee engagement activities promoting culture and collaboration of the company.
