ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently seeking an experienced Accounting Admin (Receptionist) to join our talented team.
Responsibilities
As an Accounting Admin, your main responsibilities include:
- Handle 20-30 calls daily (30% of role)
- Accounting admin tasks (70% of role):
- ATO correspondence & client communication
- Final run collation & follow-up
- Client data maintenance in APS
- Debtor statements & invoices
- Client grading & database updates
- Now infinity annual statements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in using accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of Australian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
