ABOUT THE ROLE 

As a Client Service Recruiter, you play a pivotal role in building strong relationships through exceptional candidate care. You will lead recruitment efforts, utilise social media for candidate sourcing, and collaborate with the team to meet client goals. Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment efforts to attract, select and onboard high quality workforce members.

OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE:

The Senior Manager of HR at Elka Asenso will be responsible for overseeing the human resources functions, ensuring compliance with Filipino Labour Law, and fostering a positive work environment. This role involves managing and mentoring the Employee Relationship Managers & Recruitment Team. Developing departmental strategies, policy development and promoting a productive and engaged workforce.

POLICIES AND PROCESS MANAGEMENT:

•Collaborate with the Senior Manager of People & Culture to formulate and execute comprehensive people and culture strategies that support the company's overall mission, vision, and values.

•Ensure the company's policies and practices align with legal and regulatory requirements.

•Oversee HR operations, including policies and procedures, HRIS systems, and compliance.

•Ensure accurate and timely HR reporting and maintain employee records in compliance with data privacy regulations.
