• Professional Communication: Maintain a professional and clear tone of voice when discussing confidential matters, such as payment and check information, while serving as the voice of the company.
• Coordinate with Other Teams: Collaborate with Feather Enterprise and Fernish B2B teams to collect payments for invoices processed outside of Feather's payment processor (Stripe).

• Management Reporting: Provide weekly management reports on the status of the total AR book, including week-on-week (WOW) and month-on-month (MOM) changes in accounts receivable values by age.
• Inside Sales Interface: Interface with inside sales teams across all brands to enhance the credit application process for both B2B and B2C clients. Provide recommendations on creditworthiness and acceptable levels of risk.

In this role, you are responsible for maintaining and nurturing Boldr’s Client relationships as well as developing and empowering Boldr’s Team Captains to be successful in their role. WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

We’re looking for an experienced manager who is, a hard-working, dedicated team member to jump in and support our key client partnerships by supporting performance and management. 

In this role, you are responsible for maintaining and nurturing Boldr’s key Client relationships as well as supporting the development of Boldr’s Client Experience Managers through mentorship and empowerment. You will act as a business owner taking full accountability for the success of your Client and teams, ensuring they are fully equipped to meet our commitments to our Clients and doing so with the highest level of quality.

• Develop and maintain an authentic relationship with Gold & Platinum-level Clients and internal stakeholders.
• Execute reviews of our operational performance with Client stakeholders and Boldr leadership when needed. 
• Work seamlessly with the Head of eCommerce to ensure service excellence and development amongst the eCommerce Strategic Business Unit partnerships.
• Communicate and resolve complex inquiries and concerns in an objective, valid, complete, and timely manner. 
• Help plan and review MSAs and SLAs created by the CX and contracts teams.
• Manage and support various levels of CX leadership and monitor compliance against SLAs and achievement of Client KPIs.
• Partner with leadership to ensure documentation is constantly updated, and identification of process improvements are sourced with the Team Captains and their teams.

• Facilitate Client Business Reviews in partnership with your SBU Head and organize the Boldr team to create these reviews.

• Develop, maintain, and leverage relationships and networks within the Client organization to identify and develop business opportunities.
• Update Hubspot deal cards and ensure all necessary items are appropriately invoiced.
• Follow up with clients on invoicing, pricing discrepancies, and other billing-related issues. 

People Management

• Supervise and develop Client Experience Managers through guidance, observation, and performance management activities. 
• Join the Client Experience Managers on calls with the Client, team huddles, or coaching sessions where needed to stay updated with all Client and team developments.
• Work closely with the Head of eCommerce to identify any challenges or opportunities amongst your partnerships or leadership.
• Promote and foster a culture of continuous improvement by providing positive and constructive feedback to team members.
• Establish, promote, and maintain the Boldr culture within the organization.

• Act as the escalation point for the Client Experience Managers and your direct Team Captains.

Tools, Administration, and Reporting

• Familiarity with Google Suite of Services is a must for this role.
• Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Slides, and Docs are used heavily in Boldr
• Experience with Hubspot is a plus.
• Maintain Client schedule (Weekly Updates, MBRs, QBRs, Implementations), collect feedback, and drive necessary actions to completion.

Training

• Coordinate necessary training and best practices related to Tools and Processes.
• Onboard new hires to ensure they are fully ready to succeed in their role.

Ongoing support and knowledge sharing

• Obtain feedback from Clients and team members on processes and tools to ensure continuous improvement

The IT HelpDesk Manager will spend approximately 20% of their time working on projects and 40% supporting SaaS applications and working on Service desk tickets. This position collaborates with all levels of management within various departments to understand the current state, identify business requirements, and recommend technologies. The IT HelpDesk Manager works in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and will be expected to prioritize and work on multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

The IT HelpDesk Manager will spend approximately 20% of their time working on projects and 40% supporting SaaS applications and working on Service desk tickets. This position collaborates with all levels of management within various departments to understand the current state, identify business requirements, and recommend technologies. As an Accounts Receivable Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounts receivable process and ensuring the timely collection of outstanding balances for our clients across multiple brands. Your role is crucial in maintaining positive relationships with customers and optimizing the collections workflow to reduce delinquency rates. Additionally, you will serve as the main point of contact for legal firms engaged with the company for escalated accounts.

• Collect on Client Invoices: Lead efforts to collect payments for monthly invoices, deposits, contract payments, etc., from clients and other affiliated brands. Ensure that outstanding balances are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Past Due Invoice Collection: Communicate with clients to collect past due invoices, using effective negotiation and communication skills to facilitate timely payments.

• 2+ years knowledge of BPO,  Staffing, Tech, or other Business Service  Industries .
• 2+ years people management experience.
• Manipulate Excel or Google Sheets and will be helpful with the reporting work you’ll be responsible for. 
• Create dashboard and provide visibility to stakeholders

• Focus on listening and understanding what other people are saying, ask questions as appropriate, and not interrupt at inappropriate times.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

People Management 

• Identify growth and development opportunities for Team Captains and team members
•  Monitor, improve, and maintain healthy operational efficiencies such as attendance, punctuality, and any  other people indicators.

Performance Quality Management 

• Monitor and assess Team Captains’ and team members’ performance, and provide timely feedback through regular coaching as well as through Weekly and Monthly performance reviews.
• Ensure that Team Captains and team members are properly trained and working consistently to meet client needs. 
• Ensure that the team captains meet company and client-specific KPI targets.
• Execute and follow standard operating processes.

Logistics 

• Ensure that team members and equipment needs are met to sustain service levels 
• Recommend/suggest relevant alternatives to the product or tool being used by the company and or client.

Internal Coordination 

• Work with the CXM to make recommendations for their Team Captains’ and team member's career path, and assist in making a comprehensive development plan for them. 
• Relay consistent challenges to CXM in a timely and efficient manner
•  Help in culture building particularly in embracing our Core Values and practicing the competencies of a Boldr leader.
• Provide guidance to advisors and analysts to foster growth and development, best practices, and optimal morale in the organization 
• Work directly with CXM to identify root causes and develop an action plan to meet KPI targets.

External Communications 

• Be familiar with the client’s key contacts, unique requirements, and operating processes.
• Demonstrate mastery of the company and Client’s offerings (i.e. its products and services)
•  Understand, investigate, and solve any complex client requests or complaints; particularly when multiple departments or teams are involved.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and additional client value, discussing directly with the Client Experience Manager.

YOU HAVE…

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any related field you’re passionate about! 
• At least 2 years of experience leading supervision/leadership roles
• At least 3 years of Client facing experience
• At least 3 years of experience providing coaching
• Basic knowledge of Root Cause Analysis
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge is a plus!
• Intermediate knowledge of cloud-based applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides) and MS Office applications 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• An ability to understand and communicate complex ideas to others, both verbally and in written form 
• Aptitude to quickly learn and navigate new technology, systems, and applications. 
•  Ability to accept feedback gracefully and with an open mind. 
•  Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to easily relate to people in various levels of the organization.
