WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

As the Tacloban Recruitment Manager, you will play a strategic role in Boldr’s recruitment process in Manila, Tacloban, and other provinces in the Philippines. You will take a proactive approach to sourcing and hiring the best candidates while planning, developing, and implementing an innovative talent acquisition strategy for our global company.

• Collaborate with business leaders to evaluate, research, and design a consistent recruitment procedure.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to understand hiring needs for each position, meeting competitive hiring goals and expectations.
• Develop sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies.
• Lead, oversee, and supervise members of the Recruitment team in the Philippines.
• Cultivate strong relationships with external recruitment agency partners.
• Manage and maintain recruitment databases.

• Plan and implement employee referral programs.

WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

The Lead IT Engineer will be responsible for Application support at ThriveDX.This includes documenting, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in a multifaceted and complex environment.

You will be collaborating with all levels of management within various departments to understand the current state, identify business requirements, and recommend solutions. You will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and will be expected to manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple Implementation projects; effectively communicate plans, progress, and status to internal stakeholders.

We are looking for a Support Engineer to help provide unparalleled support and guidance to customers. You will quickly and effectively resolve complex customer inquiries that arise with our solutions, investigating and troubleshooting using your knowledge of SQL and the product. You will have a passion for data, and understanding the product, thus enabling you to swiftly and easily articulate solutions to our customers, and cross-functional teams clearly and concisely, adapting our tone to ensure we provide the most human technical support possible. • Resolve tickets with clear, concise, empathetic communication, helping to identify, debug, and escalate higher priority issues to level two Support Engineers, engineering, account management, and product teams.

This is for a Freelance/Part-time position ONLY.

WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

As a QA Analyst, you will closely work with Client’s IT support technicians and system security analysts to catch any major problems that reduce the quality of Client’s products before the launch.  You will be responsible for testing software programs, and replicating and reporting bugs so that developers can implement a fix for them.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Ensure high-quality software is delivered in each release
• Develop new and update existing test cases 
• Peer review of test cases, provide feedback and updates as needed
• Document test findings (bugs, change requests, etc.) (requires detailed orientation)
• Update test results in a test tracking tool(s)
• Provide functional, accessibility, regression, API and other testing types as needed
• Report, track, and manage any discovered defects to resolution
• Detect defects as early in the life cycle as possible
• Support other areas of the project including training and analysis of testing tools and processes
• Understand, investigate, and solve any complex client requests or complaints; particularly when multiple departments or teams are involved
• Coordinate with all stakeholders for proper delivery of test deliverables to the client

• At least a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• More than 2 years of experience in QA testing
• Solid experience in manual testing
• Familiarity with backend, System Testing, Migration, Database upgrades, API Testing etc.
• Experience with test case management tool like Testrail
• Familiarity with defect tracking systems such as JIRA and Confluence
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of cloud-based applications such as Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs and MS Office applications

• Ability to understand and create test cases from specifications and requirements defined by Product Managers
