WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

As a Data Services Associate, you will be working with different tools and databases to review data. You are responsible for executing processes as defined by the client and/or management. The role requires keen attention to detail while maintaining productivity at defined proficiency levels and an aptitude to learn new processes.

WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

A People Operations Specialist is a key HR role focused on enhancing employee experience, implementing HR policies, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department with a tech-savvy approach. This role requires a blend of administrative skills, HR knowledge, and a tech-savvy mindset to leverage HR technologies effectively.
You will ensure the smooth operation of HR functions, focusing on providing support across various HR areas such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. You will handle HR documentation, and prepare reports.

By analyzing HR metrics, you will contribute to strategic HR planning and decision-making. This role demands excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Working closely with HR and other departments, they help create a positive work environment and culture.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Support other team members as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the department, or other HR departments such as People Partners, TA, People Success, etc. 
• Assist with timekeeping inquiries and processes such as processing and maintaining accurate timekeeping records, by running audit reports as needed.
• Review of endorsed job offers and sufficiency of pre-employment requirements prior to Contract Extension to new team members
• Provide support on HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation, and policies
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies
• Gather and analyze data with HR metrics
• Assist with the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties
• Compile and update employee records
• Process documentation and prepare reports related to personnel activities
• Partner closely with other People functions and People Partners (HRBPs) to execute HR operational processes and services with a focus on employee experience and data integrity.
• Process employee changes and terminations including document generation, notifications, and HR systems updates.
• Participate in system testing tied to new program, system, or process rollouts.
• Support with reporting, audit, and data integrity initiatives.
• The POPS Specialist will be responsible for:
• Addressing Tier 0 and Tier 1 employee inquiries and requests.
• Escalating more complex issues to the appropriate team members.
• Assist with onboarding new hires (system entry, paperwork validation, background check administration), as needed.
• Document, maintain, and communicate core HR processes to stakeholders, managers, and employees.
• Identify and drive process improvement efforts, leveraging HR systems to automate and eliminate manual work where possible.

YOU HAVE…

• At least 2 years of progressive experience in Human Resources positions. 
• Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, and preventive labor relations, is preferred. 
• Active affiliation with appropriate Human Resources networks and organizations and ongoing community involvement are preferred.

WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

As a Back End Developer within our technology team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the server side components of our digital solutions, with a strong focus on CMS systems. Collaborating with Front End Developers, Dynamics Developers, Data Analysts, and DevOps Engineers, you will ensure the seamless integration of web applications with our middleware, database systems, and CMS. Reporting to the Head of Technology, you will play a vital role in delivering robust and scalable digital solutions.

• Be an advocate through active involvement in promotional and marketing activities and through broader networking and introductions.
• Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications using C# .NET, with a strong emphasis on CMS systems, particularly Umbraco.
• Collaborate with Front End Developers to integrate front-end components with back-end systems and CMS.
• Implement RESTful APIs for communication between front-end and back-end services.
• Work on data modeling and database design using SQL Server, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Collaborate with the DevOps team to implement CI/CD pipelines for back-end and CMS code deployment.
• Ensure code quality and maintainability through code reviews and adherence to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug back-end and CMS issues, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of applications.
• Work closely with the Product Manager to understand project requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Front End Developers to ensure seamless integration of front-end components and deliver a unified user experience.
• Adherence to coding standards, best practices, and documentation guidelines to ensure maintainability, readability, and scalability of the back-end codebase.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging back-end technologies, CMS systems, and industry trends to recommend improvements and optimizations.
