We are seeking a development engineer for MEMS assembly and interconnect technologies who likes to cooperate closely with our partners. You will work with industry-leading OSATs, machine and material suppliers to develop packaging processes that enable the realization of a large variety of MEMS devices.

• Working on-site at one of the largest assembly partners closely cooperating with the local teams of our supplier.
• Part of a team of packaging experts within Bosch and our suppliers to develop and characterize new and innovative optical MEMS device packages.
• Part of an interdisciplinary product development team with customer representatives, purchasing, MEMS design and technology, reliability, testing, simulation, construction, production, and quality team members.
• Responsible for the material and machine selection and associated process development for core assembly steps.
• Selecting and qualifying new suppliers (assembly subcons, equipment and raw material suppliers).
• Co-working with equipment suppliers to enhance existing or to develop new machines.
• Take care of the development, qualification, and transfer to mass production of new assembly processes and materials.
• Owner of specifications and technical documentation concerning the optical MEMS package, assembly process, and raw materials.

The main role of the RPA support engineer is to create quality gates for all projects to be deployed in production. Prepare test case scenarios on project in adherence to SDLC cycle. Deploy quality and sustainable fix for any issues based on the Service Level Agreement.

Support all projects in production and leads the Quality Assurance of Projects. Attend to all issues and concerns logged in Ticketing system based on SLA.

Quality Assurance – 70%

• Analyzes the Test Cases prepared by other team members Executing the Test Cases following testing lifecycle processes.
•  Prepares Test Data for the test cases.
• Defects Tracking, giving mandatory information of a defect to developers to fix it.
• Communication with the Leads on project updates
•  Participates in team design meetings, meetings, and other development / Testing meetings and roll out of the Robots to production.

Project Support – 30%

• Fixes bugs, feature request and enhancements.
• Performs analysis on applications functionality and suggesting improvements.
• Provide project application support.

Create something new: You will industrialize new manufacturing processes for new products in the consumer electronics sector and transfer them from development to high-volume production

Assume responsibility: You are responsible for the overall coordination of the manufacturing of our external assembly suppliers in Asia

International Team: You coordinate cross-functional teams in an international environment and act as an interface between our external suppliers and internal functions.

Holistic approach: Together with our suppliers in Asia, you will develop appropriate measures to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets for sensors in high-volume production. You communicate requirements and results effectively across all hierarchies internally and with external suppliers.

Help shape the future: You will lead projects to optimize complex manufacturing processes in packaging and interconnect technology and build an end-to-end manufacturing KPI and analysis system for the relevant products for this purpose.

• Design, build and configure application to meet business process and application requirements.
• Develop tools using Microsoft Power Platform - Power Virtual Agent, Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI, Dataverse Power Platform Admin Center, SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Teams, Exchange, Intune, Azure, PowerShell
• Develop Azure logic apps and functions as well as providing Power BI development and support.
• Work using Microsoft enterprise cloud technologies such as Dynamics 365 CRM, Office 365, Microsoft Azure
• Software Development using .Net, C, C#,C++, ASP.Net MVC, Entity Framework.
• Develop Solutions in Web using Jquery/JavaScript, HTML/HTML5 and CSS.
• Experience of SQL and RDBMS technologies
• Conducts User Acceptance Testing
• Support Project Manager / Lead in managing requirements, project timelines, quality.
