Leadership - Delegate and review team’s tasks properly, promote the improvement of team’s mindset in order to deliver efficient engagement with customers and collaboration with other stakeholders internally.​

Sales Analysis and Reporting - Provide various daily and monthly sales report, monitor the report of budget and sales data analysis and responsible for the authorization of SAP key user.​

System and Process Enhancement - Implement process enhancement and improve productivity and maintain pricing, promotion / discount scheme on system. ​

Project Management - Spearhead special projects as assigned and acts as process expert of the Country Sales Organization.​

Sales & Logistics Support - Manage stock management and monitor back order, collaborate with logistics team for warehouse productivity improvement like VAS, customer complaints and posting of invoice in lead-time.​

Responsible for sales turnover in Visayas and Mindanao Region for Fire Detection and Alarms System (FDAS).

Develop and manage local customer and influencer portfolio and implement agreed channel strategy based on the budget set by local CSO and FIR Regional Strategy.

Present, discuss, adjust, and follow up on technical and commercial solutions with the end users and all relevant parties.

Support on the planning of product launch introduction in the Visayas and Mindanao areas. Can be able to generate, follow-up, and win project leads in Visayas and Mindanao Areas and focus vertical.

Increase sales awareness of FIR SPH through Visayas and Mindanao region by creating demand and project leads through business developments and early involvement with large end-users and major influencer groups. By planning and organizing key influencer events in collaboration with the local marketing team of BT-FIR, thru participating in trade shows, congresses, and support PR.

To build a strong and good business relationship management w/ key customers and key influencers in Visayas and Mindanao region.

Provide feedback on market trends, and customer/end-user needs and support collection of competitor information (portfolio as well as industries).

Define and implement price, discount, and rebate schemes in line w/ BU guidelines and local CSO for the territory.

Actively get involved in the tender specification of large projects, drive specifications of FIR and convert these tenders into leads.

Collaborate w/ local CSO to align sales and Account receivable topics.

• Understand full range of Pro Sound speakers, electronics, microphone and mixer products and solutions.
• Able to conduct the sales presentation and demonstration
• Able to provide the technical specification(schematic, BOM, A&C spec etc) to the user or consultant(with the help of MKR/MKA with the help from BU and RSO).

• To identify potential customers and projects in the market.
• An independent contributor with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• To provide the quotation and commercial terms/conditions.
• A good understanding of the competition in the market.
• To gather market intelligent : Tender information, System requirement, Competitor Information and Budget for the project.
• To provide pre-post sales support.
• To liase and follow-up closely with Consultants & Partners.
   

• Use of SAP and CRM for quoting and project registration as well as forecasting.
• Align with regional product marketing team in Singapore for all necessary topics.
• To provide the weekly/monthly sales report.
