• Direct inbound and outbound logistics operations, such as warehouse activities, customer deliveries, logistics quality management and safety performance.
•  Monitor and analyze warehouse productivity and provide improvement measures to achieve the desired/agreed productivity level.
• Maximize warehouse utilization, by efficiently managing storage locations of fast, slow, non-moving, obsolete and damaged products.
• Conduct regular audits and quality checks as per established schedules and guidelines to maintain LSP performance quality.
• Track and improve operational KPIs and cost targets.
• Support managing physical logistics operations like warehouse and local outbound activities of RBPH Sales Team, like MA, PT and BT.

• Supports the Key Account Managers, Regional Sales Managers & Area Sales Managers in creating effective sales & marketing campaigns and customer submissions for the Bosch Trade Market (e.g. New Product Introduction process support for Key Accounts, Internal Presentations as per divisional requirements and KAM support via customer sales reporting and submission calendar creation)
• Reports for KAMs for Key Account Monthly figures and including Competitor Analysis / Catalogue summary of competitors and customers
• Provides administrative support to the KAM team– purchasing processes and business procedures including KA New Line Forms, PromoTool setup, WorkOns and New Account Setup
• Monthly sales reporting for National/Regional Sales & Key Accounts
• Website maintenance for Key Accounts
• Ownership of all marketing collateral from KAM activities from customers and competitors

• Responsible for sales turnover in Visayas and Mindanao Region for Fire Detection and Alarms System (FDAS).

• Present, discuss, adjust, and follow up on technical and commercial solutions with the end users and all relevant parties.

• Support on the planning of product launch introduction in the Visayas and Mindanao areas. Can be able to generate, follow-up, and win project leads in Visayas and Mindanao Areas and focus vertical.

• Increase sales awareness of FIR SPH through Visayas and Mindanao region by creating demand and project leads through business developments and early involvement with large end-users and major influencer groups. By planning and organizing key influencer events in collaboration with the local marketing team of BT-FIR, thru participating in trade shows, congresses, and support PR.

• To build a strong and good business relationship management w/ key customers and key influencers in Visayas and Mindanao region.

• Provide feedback on market trends, and customer/end-user needs and support collection of competitor information (portfolio as well as industries).

• Define and implement price, discount, and rebate schemes in line w/ BU guidelines and local CSO for the territory.

• Actively get involved in the tender specification of large projects, drive specifications of FIR and convert these tenders into leads.

• Collaborate w/ local CSO to align sales and Account receivable topics.
