- Assists the Key user Solutions team with pricing and availability requests using SAP and planning software.
- Assists the Key user Solutions team in populating pricing and product information for tenders.
- Data mining of market intelligence websites to assist the National Manager with strategic planning.
- Data mining of the company CRM (Toolboxx) and working with the National Manager in setting up and maintaining performance reports for the Key User Team (weekly, monthly, and quarterly).
- Assists the National Manager in creating and maintaining financial and sales reports to update senior management and Power Tools Board members.
- Data entry into the company CRM (Toolboxx) – examples: sales, contact, activity data, mass account uploads, account maintenance.
- Conducts audits of company CRM to ensure minimum standards are being maintained.
- Utilise MS Teams to manage and monitor ongoing projects and tasks in line with the rest of the Key User Solutions team.
- Participates in weekly management meetings (Monday 10am AEDT) to review existing tasks and align on ongoing workload.
- Participates in monthly team meeting (Huddle – 1st Friday of every month @ 1pm AEDT)
- Participates in training sessions for Company CRM, reporting platforms, market intelligence websites and any other relevant company software and ecosystems.
