• Leadership - Delegate and review team’s tasks properly, promote the improvement of team’s mindset in order to deliver efficient engagement with customers and collaboration with other stakeholders internally.​

• Sales Analysis and Reporting - Provide various daily and monthly sales report, monitor the report of budget and sales data analysis and responsible for the authorization of SAP key user.​

• System and Process Enhancement - Implement process enhancement and improve productivity and maintain pricing, promotion / discount scheme on system. ​

• Project Management - Spearhead special projects as assigned and acts as process expert of the Country Sales Organization.​

• Sales & Logistics Support - Manage stock management and monitor back order, collaborate with logistics team for warehouse productivity improvement like VAS, customer complaints and posting of invoice in lead-time.​

• Direct inbound and outbound logistics operations, such as warehouse activities, customer deliveries, logistics quality management and safety performance.
•  Monitor and analyze warehouse productivity and provide improvement measures to achieve the desired/agreed productivity level.
• Maximize warehouse utilization, by efficiently managing storage locations of fast, slow, non-moving, obsolete and damaged products.
• Conduct regular audits and quality checks as per established schedules and guidelines to maintain LSP performance quality.
• Track and improve operational KPIs and cost targets.
• Support managing physical logistics operations like warehouse and local outbound activities of RBPH Sales Team, like MA, PT and BT.

• Responsible for sales turnover in Visayas and Mindanao Region for Fire Detection and Alarms System (FDAS).

• Develop and manage local customer and influencer portfolio and implement agreed channel strategy based on the budget set by local CSO and FIR Regional Strategy.

• Present, discuss, adjust, and follow up on technical and commercial solutions with the end users and all relevant parties.

• Support on the planning of product launch introduction in the Visayas and Mindanao areas. Can be able to generate, follow-up, and win project leads in Visayas and Mindanao Areas and focus vertical.

• Increase sales awareness of FIR SPH through Visayas and Mindanao region by creating demand and project leads through business developments and early involvement with large end-users and major influencer groups. By planning and organizing key influencer events in collaboration with the local marketing team of BT-FIR, thru participating in trade shows, congresses, and support PR.

• To build a strong and good business relationship management w/ key customers and key influencers in Visayas and Mindanao region.

• Provide feedback on market trends, and customer/end-user needs and support collection of competitor information (portfolio as well as industries).

• Define and implement price, discount, and rebate schemes in line w/ BU guidelines and local CSO for the territory.

• Actively get involved in the tender specification of large projects, drive specifications of FIR and convert these tenders into leads.

• Collaborate w/ local CSO to align sales and Account receivable topics.

• Product Knowledge
  • Understand full range of Pro Sound speakers, electronics, microphone and mixer products and solutions.
  • Able to conduct the sales presentation and demonstration
  • Able to provide the technical specification(schematic, BOM, A&C spec etc) to the user or consultant(with the help of MKR/MKA with the help from BU and RSO).

  • To gather market intelligent : Tender information, System requirement, Competitor Information and Budget for the project.

  • To liase and follow-up closely with Consultants & Partners.
     
• Administration Requirement
  • Use of SAP and CRM for quoting and project registration as well as forecasting.
  • Align with regional product marketing team in Singapore for all necessary topics.
  • To provide the weekly/monthly sales report.
  • Strictly follow the sales guidelines/compliance set by the management.
  • To achieve the sales quota assigned by the management.

Provides exceptional administrative support to stakeholders and effectively handles but not limited to Travel, Bonaparte and administrative deliverables of the assigned entity.

• Travel Management: Ticket reservation, hotel reservation, rental/car/transportation arrangement, expense reporting (not limited to travel, will include expense report for events, meetings, luncheon etc.) and visa and passport processing.
• Finance/Budget Management (e.g., Bonaparte, MyiBuy): creating Bonaparte request including monitoring and follow ups to corresponding stakeholders, purchase order monitoring, vendor accreditation and department budget monitoring
• BZO/WCMS Management: Maintain business entity portfolio in BZO/Bosch Intranet page
• All administrative tasks: Scheduling and coordination of team events, recruitment coordination, other workon management, PowerPoint layout, consolidation of team slides and or minutes of meetings
