As a Business Analyst, you will be involved in the end-to-end development lifecycle, with primary responsibilities in the ideation and process discovery phase. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders and effectively becomes the bridge to the development team.

• Process Analysis and Reengineering: Conducts thorough analysis of existing business processes across various departments and functions. Utilize Lean Six Sigma, Agile and Design Thinking or any practical frameworks/methodologies to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborates with stakeholders 
• to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements for digitalization and automation projects. Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and user needs.
• Solution Designing: Translates business requirements into comprehensive solution designs, leveraging expertise in digital technologies and automation tools. Develop detailed process maps, activity diagram, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works closely with developers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to implement digital solutions and ensure seamless integration with existing systems and workflows.
• Change Management: Facilitates change management activities to support the adoption of new processes and technologies. Provide training and documentation to end-users and stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement: Drives a culture of continuous improvement by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), soliciting feedback, and iterating on solutions to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Responsible for sales turnover in Visayas and Mindanao Region for Fire Detection and Alarms System (FDAS).

• Develop and manage local customer and influencer portfolio and implement agreed channel strategy based on the budget set by local CSO and FIR Regional Strategy.

• Present, discuss, adjust, and follow up on technical and commercial solutions with the end users and all relevant parties.

• Support on the planning of product launch introduction in the Visayas and Mindanao areas. Can be able to generate, follow-up, and win project leads in Visayas and Mindanao Areas and focus vertical.

• Increase sales awareness of FIR SPH through Visayas and Mindanao region by creating demand and project leads through business developments and early involvement with large end-users and major influencer groups. By planning and organizing key influencer events in collaboration with the local marketing team of BT-FIR, thru participating in trade shows, congresses, and support PR.

• To build a strong and good business relationship management w/ key customers and key influencers in Visayas and Mindanao region.

• Provide feedback on market trends, and customer/end-user needs and support collection of competitor information (portfolio as well as industries).

• Define and implement price, discount, and rebate schemes in line w/ BU guidelines and local CSO for the territory.

• Actively get involved in the tender specification of large projects, drive specifications of FIR and convert these tenders into leads.

• Collaborate w/ local CSO to align sales and Account receivable topics.
