• Taking responsibility:  1st level of customer support for CCTV cameras and other Bosch Products. Troubleshooting and monitors alarm system hardware electronic devices such as video cameras, remote controls, audio surveillance equipment and television monitors and after-sales transactions
• Think comprehensively: Act accordingly to resolve issues on-hand
• Implement reliably: Extracts and prepares data for presentation required for meetings with the clients

• Assists the Key user Solutions team with pricing and availability requests using SAP and planning software.
• Assists the Key user Solutions team in populating pricing and product information for tenders.
• Data mining of market intelligence websites to assist the National Manager with strategic planning.
• Data mining of the company CRM (Toolboxx) and working with the National Manager in setting up and maintaining performance reports for the Key User Team (weekly, monthly, and quarterly).
• Assists the National Manager in creating and maintaining financial and sales reports to update senior management and Power Tools Board members.
• Data entry into the company CRM (Toolboxx) – examples: sales, contact, activity data, mass account uploads, account maintenance.
• Conducts audits of company CRM to ensure minimum standards are being maintained.
• Utilise MS Teams to manage and monitor ongoing projects and tasks in line with the rest of the Key User Solutions team.
• Participates in weekly management meetings (Monday 10am AEDT) to review existing tasks and align on ongoing workload.
• Participates in monthly team meeting (Huddle – 1st Friday of every month @ 1pm AEDT)
• Participates in training sessions for Company CRM, reporting platforms, market intelligence websites and any other relevant company software and ecosystems.

• Supports the Key Account Managers, Regional Sales Managers & Area Sales Managers in creating effective sales & marketing campaigns and customer submissions for the Bosch Trade Market (e.g. New Product Introduction process support for Key Accounts, Internal Presentations as per divisional requirements and KAM support via customer sales reporting and submission calendar creation)
• Reports for KAMs for Key Account Monthly figures and including Competitor Analysis / Catalogue summary of competitors and customers
• Provides administrative support to the KAM team– purchasing processes and business procedures including KA New Line Forms, PromoTool setup, WorkOns and New Account Setup
• Monthly sales reporting for National/Regional Sales & Key Accounts

The main role of the RPA support engineer is to create quality gates for all projects to be deployed in production. Prepare test case scenarios on project in adherence to SDLC cycle. Deploy quality and sustainable fix for any issues based on the Service Level Agreement.

Support all projects in production and leads the Quality Assurance of Projects. Attend to all issues and concerns logged in Ticketing system based on SLA.

Quality Assurance – 70%

• Analyzes the Test Cases prepared by other team members Executing the Test Cases following testing lifecycle processes.
•  Prepares Test Data for the test cases.
• Defects Tracking, giving mandatory information of a defect to developers to fix it.
• Communication with the Leads on project updates
•  Participates in team design meetings, meetings, and other development / Testing meetings and roll out of the Robots to production.

Project Support – 30%

• Fixes bugs, feature request and enhancements.
• Performs analysis on applications functionality and suggesting improvements.
