We are seeking a development engineer for MEMS assembly and interconnect technologies who likes to cooperate closely with our partners. You will work with industry-leading OSATs, machine and material suppliers to develop packaging processes that enable the realization of a large variety of MEMS devices.

• Working on-site at one of the largest assembly partners closely cooperating with the local teams of our supplier.
• Part of a team of packaging experts within Bosch and our suppliers to develop and characterize new and innovative optical MEMS device packages.
• Part of an interdisciplinary product development team with customer representatives, purchasing, MEMS design and technology, reliability, testing, simulation, construction, production, and quality team members.
• Responsible for the material and machine selection and associated process development for core assembly steps.
• Selecting and qualifying new suppliers (assembly subcons, equipment and raw material suppliers).
• Co-working with equipment suppliers to enhance existing or to develop new machines.
• Take care of the development, qualification, and transfer to mass production of new assembly processes and materials.
• Owner of specifications and technical documentation concerning the optical MEMS package, assembly process, and raw materials.

• You will identify the best experts among freelancers and development companies for our internal and external customers
• Your responsibilities include the acquisition and support of customers in the field of digital solutions
• You will be in charge of the process from the first contact with the customer to coordination, offer calculations and the creation and finalization of offers, including the creation, maintenance and management of leads and opps, both for freelancers and customers.
• Review of requirements and general conditions for the legally compliant use of freelancers in customer projects
• Active sourcing of freelancers - advertising of projects on online platforms, direct contact with freelancers as well as pre-selection and profile creation
• First point of contact for freelancers and clients for all administrative issues during the entire duration of the project
• Project creation, maintenance and management in various software tools as well as budget monitoring, invoicing and auditing
• Structuring, standardization and optimization of existing workflows as well as constant exchange with the development team for digital/automated implementation on the LegendsLab platform.
• Interact with marketing to attract talents and customers

• Support all commercial tasks in the areas of sales, project and cost center.
• Responsible for the commercial planning of projects in various tools.
• Support controlling on project, program and cost center level and monitor project budgets, check incoming invoices and prepare outgoing invoices.
• Support the preparation of offers, documentation, preparation and follow-up of customer meetings.
• Act as contact person for freelancers and service providers for questions regarding invoices, orders and budgets before and during the entire project.

• Support the global team in various day-to-day tasks
• Create reimbursement claims for travel expenses

• Responsible for cultivating and developing new / potential builder business in the Philippines market (focusing on primary and secondary cities)

• Identify and Educate top 10 residential property developers and multipliers (e.g., architects, kitchen & interior designers) on strengths and brand values Bosch and Gaggenau

• Consultative role on kitchen planning and specification of BSH Appliances

• 100% role dedication to BSH business by continuous growth of business relationships

• Attain trustful co-operation with BSH SG DM team and current distributor partners in the Philippines to reach a market share of +30% in the mid term

• Be the Go-To individual for property landscape news in the Philippines

• Product Knowledge
  • Understand full range of Pro Sound speakers, electronics, microphone and mixer products and solutions.

  • Able to provide the technical specification(schematic, BOM, A&C spec etc) to the user or consultant(with the help of MKR/MKA with the help from BU and RSO).
