Job Title: General Manager
Overview: As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our construction, interior design, and real estate operations. Your leadership will drive the success of our projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and exceptional customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for strategic planning, team management, client relations, and overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the construction, interior design, and real estate markets.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to stay ahead of industry developments.
- Establish a clear vision for the company's future within two or three years
2. Project Management:
- Oversee the execution of construction, interior design, and real estate projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered on me, within budget, and according to quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to streamline operations and maximize efficiency.

3. Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including project managers, designers, sales staff, and administrative personnel.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the organization.
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to team members.
4. Client Relations:
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
- Act as a primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
5. Financial Management:
- Develop and manage budgets for construction, interior design, and real estate projects.
- Monitor financial performance against targets and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to improve profitability.
- Full knowledge of market prices for employment in addition to sales rates for real estate brokers
- Take care of all assets of the company and protects it with all tools he have to improve
- Put Marketing budget and use it for good results
- Control all contract with supplier and take best price in good quality
6. Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects, such as safety hazards, legal issues, or financial liabilities.
- Implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and ethical work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in management, architecture, business administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the construction, interior design, or real estate industry.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- To be fluent in three languages at least including French.
- Sound understanding of financial principles and budget management.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, zoning regulations, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in project management so ware and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Leadership qualities, including strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
