About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and analytical IT Analyst (Process Improvement) to join our team. In this role, you will identify, evaluate, and optimize IT processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality across the organization. You will collaborate with stakeholders to develop innovative solutions, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Analysis and Optimization
- Analyze existing IT processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows and enhance system performance.
- Evaluate new technologies and tools to support process improvement initiatives.
Continuous Improvement Initiatives
- Lead or support projects focused on improving IT operations, reducing costs, and increasing value delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor process changes.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement through training and stakeholder engagement.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Gather and analyze process data to measure performance and identify trends.
- Create reports and dashboards to provide insights into process performance and improvement outcomes.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with IT teams, business units, and leadership to understand process requirements and objectives.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather input and drive consensus on process enhancements.
Documentation and Compliance
- Document current and future-state processes, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams.
- Ensure process improvements comply with organizational policies and relevant regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in IT process improvement, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in process modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
- Knowledge of IT systems, workflows, and automation tools.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel).
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and drive change across teams.
- Certifications (preferred):
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
- Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP).
