As a Performance Incentive Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and optimizing incentive programs within the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate the effectiveness of existing incentive structures and propose enhancements to drive desired behaviors and outcomes. You will collaborate closely with various departments, including Human Resources, Finance, and Sales, to ensure that incentive programs align with business objectives while motivating employees to achieve peak performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of performance data to assess the efficacy of incentive programs.
- Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement to enhance the impact of incentives on employee motivation and productivity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop incentive programs tailored to different roles, departments, and organizational goals.
- Utilize financial modeling techniques to forecast the costs and potential returns of incentive programs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of incentive-related data, including performance metrics, payout calculations, and program guidelines. Implement robust data management processes to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Communicate incentive program details, changes, and updates to relevant stakeholders across the organization.
- Monitor ongoing performance trends and evaluate the impact of incentive programs over time. Proactively identify deviations from expected outcomes and propose corrective actions as needed to optimize program effectiveness.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the design and administration of incentive programs through feedback analysis, benchmarking, and best practice research.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or related field is a plus!
- Proven experience in incentive program management.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, specifically in Google Sheets.
- Excellent English communication and presentation abilities.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in data management and analysis.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with incentive plan design principles, performance measurement methodologies, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Willing to work in the Pacific Time (PST) schedule (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST). This is during the graveyard shift in Manila Time
- With own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, core I5 above) with an internet connection of at least 10mbps.
