We are looking for a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a Marketing Assistant with Executive Assistant Experience. This unique role combines marketing support with executive administrative duties, providing a valuable opportunity to contribute to our marketing initiatives while supporting our executive team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn). Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Regular Cadence in Conversion Rate Optimization: Develop and maintain a regular cadence in analyzing, testing, and optimizing conversion rates across various marketing channels and platforms. Design and execute AB tests to evaluate different marketing strategies, messaging, and website elements. Utilize Klaviyo for SMS and email campaigns to conduct AB testing and optimize campaign performance.
- Laser Focus on Conversion Rate Optimization: Demonstrate a strong focus on conversion rate optimization, with proven experience and results. During the pairing session, be prepared to showcase successful conversion rate optimization strategies and outcomes. Analyze conversion rates per SKU to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Develop strategies to optimize product performance and drive sales.
- Email and SMS Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive customer retention. Develop compelling email content, design templates, and manage email distribution lists. Implement SMS marketing strategies to engage customers and promote products or services.
- Support the Creation of Digital Marketing Materials: Support the Creation of Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling digital marketing materials. Contribute to the creation of social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters.
- Assist in the Development and Implementation of Marketing Strategies: Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate findings into strategies.
- Proven experience in marketing roles, with a focus on digital marketing.
- Background in Information Technology is a must.
- Proficiency in website content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and SMS marketing tools.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google My Business.
- Good understanding and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
- Strong understanding of the Virtual Staffing landscape and client needs.
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
- Self-driven and proactive, accountability and personal organization are essential
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and cross-functional environment
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
GOOD-TO-HAVE
- Knowledgeable in SEO: Possess in-depth knowledge of SEO principles, including keyword research, meta tags optimization, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies. Develop and implement SEO plans to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic to client websites. Have a thorough understanding and hands-on experience with meta tags optimization and SEO best practices. Present concrete plans for SEO improvements and demonstrate proficiency in AB testing using Klaviyo for SMS and email campaigns.
- Google Account Management: Manage Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions. Monitor and optimize Google Analytics to track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance. Utilize Google My Business to enhance local search visibility and manage online reviews.
- Knowledgeable of the Go High Level platform and Airtable.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google My Business.
System and Work Setup Requirements:
- A stable and high-speed internet connection preferably 25 MBPS or higher with backup in cases of power interruption or service provider issues
- Own PC/laptop with 8GB RAM, and a processor of Core i3 / AMD Ryzen 3 / 2013 Mac equivalent or higher; Windows 10 or above / Catalina 10.15 or newer; with up-to-date web browsers, and security software, 500GB/128 SSD storage
- Headset/earphone with noise cancellation and webcam at 720p or higher resolution
- A designated, quiet, and well-organized workspace free from distractions to facilitate focused work
