Our Sales Operation team works on a set of business activities, processes and tools that help Carousell’s sales organisation run efficiently and helps them to execute on overall business strategies and objectives.

We are looking to hire a Sales Operations Business Partner to support our regional sales teams in key markets of Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Philippines and Taiwan. 

This role will report to the Business Strategy & Operations Senior Manager:

You will:

• Act as a key business partner to your allocated sales team and market for Sales Operations related activities and analyses.

• Support business needs around reporting, contracting, invoicing, analysis, working with Sales, Regional finance and other sales operations team members 

• Maintenance of customer/partner master data, including account attributes, legal agreements and CRM account hierarchy data for the relevant business team(s)

• Manage systems interfaces related to sales reporting, commissions, data processing, customer master data and territory management for the relevant business team(s)

• Provide training on sales support systems, tools and processes to all sales users.

• Facilitate thorough onboarding programs for new sales team members, furnishing them with essential tools and knowledge for successful integration

• Participate in sales strategy discussions and help gather organisational information for the preparation of new process & tool implementations.

This role is reporting to the Sales Support Team Lead. It is a full-time role, with a hybrid work arrangement (on as per need basis).

Operational :

• Process deals created by the sales team and process user purchases
• Perform verfications on deals (requirements and payment provided)
• Manage commercial account manager concerns
• Coordinate with relevant departments for requests provided by the sales team (bugs, trade materials, SKU requests)
• Accountable for operational commercial projects/tests required by the commercial verticals
• Manage sales CRM tools (Salesforce)
• Monitor and remind clients with recurring payments and help collect if necessary
• Perform outbound calls to ensure customer success
• Check market standing via liquidity test
• Support Philippine market
