The Preboarding Specialist is responsible for providing support to the talent acquisition process through pre-hire and post-hire activities. • Location Specifics: Mandaluyong, PH 
• Specific Needs: 2 years of preboarding/ recruitment support experience preferred; customer support or administration can be considered
• Language Requirement: Native Language; English
• Position Setup: Hybrid (2-3x in the office per week)
• Shift Schedule: Mid shift (3PM - 12AM PHT)
   

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Enter and track candidate orders.
• Review submittals against job requisition and candidate application for compliance.
• Objectively review background and drug reports to ensure compliance for partner.
• Complete welcome calls and email to all candidates.
• Review vendor systems daily to ensure progress and escalate accordingly.
• Provide excellent service to candidate, client teams and/or clients by responding quickly to all inquiries.
• Assist vendor with completion of required check when necessary.

Elite is seeking a Billing Specialist to execute its Accounts Receivables processes. The Billing Specialist should understand the Invoice-to-Cash process, specifically as it relates to billing procedures. This position will work collaboratively to complete billing procedures, including project/contract setup, invoicing, processing credits and rebills, and review/validate for proper revenue recognition. The Billing Specialist will work to accomplish daily tasks given by their manager.
