What you will do as a Solar Customer Service Representative

• Represent the company with professionalism and deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication and support.
• Troubleshoot and problem solve customer's issues or concerns by providing solutions, recommendations, replacements, gathering of sensitive information, and/or detailed product information with a sense of urgency while using a positive and empathetic approach at all times.
• Complete, maintain, and process pertinent paperwork and records with high attention to detail to ensure accurate data about the customer is maintained.
• Complete daily tasks within pre-established timelines.
• Meet all identified team and client performance metrics and goals.
• Build relationships and work closely with customers, co-workers, and all levels of the organization in a positive manner to supply necessary updates and reporting as needed.
• Report any training needs or system error/discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Regular attendance, punctuality, and adherence to an agreed-upon schedule of availability are conditions of employment and are an essential function of this position.

Snapshot of the role:

The customer service representative is responsible to answer a high volume of inbound customer service calls related to many different request/needs, including work order creation, contract/coverage questions, billing inquiries, OSA, and status updated on service requests,

Core Responsibilities:

• Show up for assigned shifts and follow scheduled lunches and breaks
• Care for customers in accordance with ClearSource standards of quality:

1. Accuracy – always give only correct information and follow established processes
2. Connection – emotionally connect the customer with our client’s brand (this includes empathizing, listening attentively, and providing necessary assurance or resolution to appease the member or provider
3. Ease – focus on one-contact resolution while minimizing the customer’s time and effort to resolve the issue

• Handling inbound and outbound calls to respond and resolve customer service issues.
• Acting as the customer advocate for all customer service issues.
• Using the computerized system for tracking information gathering, or troubleshooting.
• Ensuring that customers receive the best service possible, by processing service calls, preparing general correspondence, and coordinating with other functions as required.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to respond to and resolve routine customer service issues via inbound and outbound telephone calls, written correspondence and/ or electronic communication according to all company policies, standard operating procedures, and contract coverage.
• Provide coverage policies of the homeowners
• Identifying and executing the correct method as to how claims being processed based on the standard operating procedures whether if it’s a ticket or a referral.
• Provide excellent customer service and change the customers perception of Landmark /Oneguard.
• Achieve the target goal of 95% when it comes to Quality score.
• Provide exceptional customer service and achieve the target goal for CSAT and Clarity which is 4.8%.
• Attendance goal per month is 3% below.

• At least SHS Graduate is encouraged to apply
• 1 year customer experience in BPO Voice - Customer Service experience required

Overview:

As a SENIOR IT OPERATIONS MANAGER, you will play a critical role in ensuring the organization's technological capabilities align with its strategic objectives. Your leadership and expertise will be essential in fostering a secure and efficient IT environment that supports the growth and success of the business.

About The Role:

• Operations Management. Manage day-to-day oversight and coordination of IT Service Desk activities, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of user issues. Ensure that the IT Staff Scheduling meets operational needs, maintaining adequate coverage during business hours and after-hours support.

• Strategic Planning. Work with the CIO to budget for needed IT resources, aligning the budget with strategic goals and operational requirements.

• Project Management. Assign IT projects and tasks to capable staff, overseeing their execution to ensure successful completion within specified timelines. Communicate important IT information to relevant departments, fostering effective collaboration and alignment with business objectives.

• Security Management. Maintain the security of the organization's IT systems Infrastructure and data. Ensure that Information Security Management System policies and processes are followed by all employees, adhering to security standards and regulatory compliance requirements.

• Team Management. Build and lead a skilled and motivated IT team. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

• Vendor Management. Work with external vendors and service providers. Coordinate with vendors when necessary for service and support delivery, maintaining effective relationships to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Performance Monitoring and Reporting. Generate weekly and monthly reports as needed to provide insights into IT operations, including performance metrics, project status, and resource utilization.

Requirements:

• Must be a graduate of any IT related course

• At least 8 years minimum of IT Management experience, ideally from BPO companies

• Must have IT Service Management experience

• ITIL v4 certification or training is a plus

• Proficient in M365/Intune Admin, AWS services and Telephony systems

• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Windows Server deployment and configuration

• Knowledgeable in enterprise network using FortiGate, Sophos, and Cisco appliance.

• Strong troubleshooting skills

• Excellent English communication (verbal and written) for non-technical stakeholders

• Proactive strategic thinker, proposing innovative solutions

• Detail-oriented, ensuring high-quality project execution • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously

• Has worked with various regulatory compliance projects such as PCI DSS, GDPR, HIPAA, ISO/IEC 27001, SOC2 type 2 report, CPRA and DPA

• Willing to work on a night shift to support US business hours
