Snapshot of the role:

Our Sales Support Representatives will be responsible for building trust and rapport with prospective customers to help them understand the benefits of solar.

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform outbound calls with prospective customers and follow up on warm leads
• Responsible for setting of appointments

• Meets all identified team and client performance metrics, goals, and deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-changing, high-performing team-based environment. Provides backup support to other teams as needed
• Builds relationships and works closely with customers, co-workers, and all levels of the organization in a positive manner to supply necessary updates and reporting as needed
• Complete other tasks as deemed appropriate by the supervisor
• Regular attendance, punctuality, and adherence to an agreed-upon schedule of availability are conditions of employment and essential function of this position.

• At least SHS Graduate
• Must have 1-year sales outbound cold calling experience in a call center setting.
• Outstanding negotiation and communication skills.
• Sales mindset and money-motivated.
• Self motivated, driven individual
• Experience handling high call volume

• Proficient in using technology; laptop, pc, tablet etc
• Amenable to shifting schedules (Graveyard Shift) and/or split rest days.
• Must be willing to work onsite at Robinsons Cyberscape Gamma Ruby/Topaz Rd. Ortigas
