• Accounts Payable Reconciliation: Complete weekly accounts payable reconciliations, ensuring all payments and outstanding invoices are accounted for.  
• Ownership of Accounts Payable Email: Take full responsibility for managing the accounts payable email inbox, ensuring prompt and professional responses to

• Review and where necessary adjust the loan submission to ensure the application meets the lender requirements and submission quality is at the highest possible standards.
• Ensure that the required client documents are uploaded in the system.
• Understand the lender checklist requirements for loan submission and follow industry regulations set by ASIC.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of audit activities, finding, and decision in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Ensures delivery of exceptional customer service when engaging with clients & other stakeholders to the loan application process.

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Accounts Payable
• Intermediate excel skills
• Confidence in speaking with (email and phone) a wide range of people within the business.
• Experience in SAP and VIM

Nice to Have:

• Experience in a larger, complex business environment.
• Understanding of multi-level invoice approval and compliance with standards
• Finance or Accounting background

What will you do?

• Ensure all invoices are approved by the appropriate authority prior to processing
• Process all invoices within specified timelines
• Respond to, and resolve, all internal and external enquiries promptly and professionally
• Actively participate in team projects and look for continuous improvement opportunities.
• Provide coverage for team members tasks, in which you are trained, if and when required
