What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Proven work experience as a Financial Accountant or similar role
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and QuickBooks online
- Solid knowledge of accounting regulations
- Excellent math skills with an attention to detail
Nice to Have:
- Additional certification (e.g. CPA, CFA)
What will you do?
- Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
- Analyze financial performance, trends, and variances, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to develop accurate and realistic budgets.
- Prepare regular financial forecasts based on current performance and market trends.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports for management and the board of directors.
- Cost Analysis: Evaluate cost structures and identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising the quality of healthcare services.
- Risk Management: Identify financial risks and work with leadership to develop strategies for mitigating risks.
