What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing small to medium-sized accounts.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
What will you do?
- Proactively identify potential clients in supermarkets, transportation companies, and other waste-generating businesses.
- Conduct cold calls to reach decision-makers responsible for waste management or procurement.
- Negotiate purchase prices and budgets with clients, ensuring competitive pricing and close profit margins.
- Secure agreements for the sale and collection of waste, maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
- Arrange transportation for the collection of waste from clients to our recycling facilities.
- Ensure timely and efficient collection and delivery schedules.
- Set up and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track sales targets and account performance.
- Provide regular reports on account status and transaction volumes.
