Each client encounters different challenges, and you act as their trusted advisor, helping them effectively leverage our product to drive better healthcare.

Within Dashlabs.ai, Client Success sits at the nexus of our sales, dev, product, marketing and growth teams helping to drive company growth and transforming the way healthcare is done in the Philippines. Our Client Success team members act as technical consultative partners to our clients' clients, serving as a bridge between their needs and our product.
 

Responsibilities:

• Respond to B2B2C clients of Dashlabs.ai such as patients via chat and/or email
• Manage data using the Dashlabs.ai Core Platform
• Escalate concerns to the larger technical team, and work with them to resolve the issues head-on

The Data Analytics team plays a critical role in conducting close-loop data-driven business iterations. As data analysts, our scope of work is not limited to just performance monitoring and reporting, but also in proactively finding actionable insights to help drive high-impact business changes. Our end-to-end data solution reduces the gap between the business teams and technical teams, and achieves real ‘intelligence’ in the iteration cycle.

• Gather business requirements from different functional teams and translate them into suitable data requirements
• Ensure adequacy and accuracy of critical reports and dashboards
• Proactively engage with stakeholders and product teams to ensure that all data is up to date according to the latest feature developments
• Able to think on your feet to troubleshoot business issues or investigate irregularities due to business developments
• Coordinate and work with data engineers to optimize the data flow from raw data into data marts
• Conduct data analysis on business issues under tight deadlines
• Work with big data and small data, and ensure data pipeline integrity together with our data engineers
• Design, automate and maintain critical reports for business needs
