• You will be leading the Talent Acquisition Team for foodpanda Philippines and support them in doing effective insights, hiring reports, stakeholder management and closing all requisition for their verticals
• You will take full accountability of the end to end recruitment process including strategy for improvements, developments and alignments with counterparts and senior management
• You will report directly to the People and Culture Head/Director and be responsible for submission of Talent Acquisition overall productivity, plans, and project with progress
• You will be responsible for ensuring recruitment metrics are met and are aligned with business goals
• You will deliver results in a tight timeframe especially for backfill and new vacancies
• You will lead all recruiting activities and efforts and effectively manage all sourcing channels for foodpanda
• You will support the team on standardizations within Talent Acquisition as well as lead providing and measuring effectiveness of special projects under Talent Acquisition
• You will lead supporting other counterparts and leaders including the rest of the People and Culture Team and Management Committee
• Other HR/TA projects that may be assigned and worked on with the HRBP Team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the work relationship with the 50-80 partner restaurant chains through regular, personal contact with the restaurant manager.
• Negotiate exclusive deals and marketing ads with the best partner restaurants in order to increase the orders and at the same time safeguarding the relationship quality to the partner restaurant
• Ensure that all partner restaurants maintain a high customer experience and brief them on how to even improve it
• Improve the aftersales process and care by helping partner restaurants with any issues they may encounter on the portal, with devices, any other operational issues they may encounter.

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree graduate

• Preferably 1-3 years lead or account management experience preferable in the food and beverages industry 

• Highly preferred: A local of Cebu City or currently resides in Cebu

• Great interpersonal and communication skills in person, strong negotiation skills

• A desire to contact the best local restaurants and chains: you thrive and excel at convincing people

• Endurance and perseverance in the process of follow up on partner restaurants

• Pleasant personality, high level of enthusiasm and commitment

• Ability to work structured and efficiently organize the communication process with our partners

• Team player, self-motivated with the ability to work self-reliant

• Keen interest and good understanding of building relationships with clients

• Required language(s): English, Filipino, Visayan, Local dialect
