Review financials and monitor submissions in SAP/OneStream for the assigned entities in accordance with local GAAP, IFRS, and Group Reporting policies and in line with the established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) / Group Timelines.
Drive a customer-centric approach by building partnerships and open discussions to capture developing concerns, issues, and identify best practices. Conduct regular monthly business reviews with the local stakeholders.
Manage and resolve escalations, risks, and opportunities raised/identified.
Responsible for leading the R2R team and keeping a high level of employee engagement.
Ensure proper documentation and authorization for manual journal entries.
Provide complete and timely R2R support in various audits and review requirements ensuring smooth and compliant operations.
Reconciles subsidiary and general ledger accounts.
Drive change management and related implementations in positively transforming the service delivery.
Set up appropriate performance targets and conduct timely performance reviews to develop team members and address issues/concerns.
Perform all other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Lead, R2R Service Delivery.
Coach and mentor the team to improve performance and engagement.
