What’s on the menu to do:

• Manage and enhance the work relationship with owners, directors, and other stakeholders of our biggest restaurant partners in the country

• Negotiate for our restaurant partners’ participation to our promotions, marketing campaigns, and other commercial projects and initiatives

• Strategize with our restaurant partners  for the continuous growth of their foodpanda orders

• Educate our restaurant partners with the best practices to maximize their sales and operations in foodpanda

• Serve as the SPOC for escalations from our restaurant partners

• Ensure that our restaurant partners are able to maintain the best customer experience for their branches in foodpanda

What do you bring to the table?

• At least 2 years of account management experience, preferably from F&B or E-Commerce

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong negotiation skills

• Thrives and excels at managing relationships and handling store-level escalations

• Pleasant personality, high level of enthusiasm and commitment

• Team player, self-motivated with the ability to work independently

• Keen interest and good understanding of the restaurants industry

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets

• Required language(s): English and Filipino

We are looking for an Associate/Specialist, AP Service Delivery to join our growing team in Finance based in our shared service centre in our BGC office!

Responsibilities: 

• Perform day to day invoices processing, 3-way matching for all incoming invoices and related documentation
• Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of all incoming invoices and related documentation received
• Ensure that all data is accurately input during processing
• Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all processed invoices and all related documentation
• Address discrepancies, errors, or issues with processing, and communicate with stakeholders  to resolve problems promptly
• Maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders and respond in a professional and timely manner

We are looking for a highly motivated Specialist, O2C Service Delivery to join our growing team in Finance based in our shared service centre in Philippines.

Responsibilities:

• Perform the bill run process on SAP. You will need to have an understanding of some applications such as SAP, Salesforces, and SQL.
• Issue the invoice to the customer/vendor timely. Report and Resolve Payment Issues
• This is a task that can require conflict resolution skills, as it can involve disputing payment and reconciling issues with both internal stakeholders as well as external vendors.
• Coordinate with other departments and external vendors to solve the payment or invoicing issue.
• Process the adjustment timely and accurately. Support Month End Close Reporting
• You should understand the Revenue Accounting Principles and own the corresponding entries in the financial statements.
• Prepare reports and assist in any data entry when required.
• Evaluate, plan, and implement improvements in all business processes and practices surrounding foodpanda’s delivery rider payroll and vendor payment cycles.
• Work closely with the payables and systems support team to continually automate, streamline, and improve current reporting, operational and reconciliation processes to improve business efficiency in the region.

• Responsible for the timely and accurate filing and payment of national taxes (e.g., income tax, value added tax, withholding taxes, among others)
• Facilitate and assist in the external and internal tax audits
• Address and manage tax notices and assessments, including coordination with examiners review of document and schedules prepared by the team, and the check of the propriety of the assessment findings
• Prepare and update tax filing calendars for all the stakeholders across the company
• Assist in the preparation of Transfer Pricing Documentations (if necessary)
• Keep abreast of appropriate tax regulatory changes impacting assigned entities and translate 5changes into the processes and systems to ensure compliance
• Ensure final returns, working files and other related documents are stored on GDRIVE and determine if there are documents required by country law to be archived physically or electronically.
• Address the issues noted during day-to-day activities and review recommended solutions
• Help in training the different stakeholders in enhancing their tax awareness and consciousness towards the company’s compliance with national tax laws
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Finance Director and/or Group Tax
