• Design and improve the aftersales process by streamlining the operations and the CRM system
• Find and convince the best partner restaurants to join the corporate menu booklet and monitor the order evolution as well as customer experience after integration
• Negotiate exclusive deals with the best partner restaurants in order to increase the orders and at the same time safeguarding the relationship quality to the partner restaurant

• Review financials and monitor submissions in SAP/OneStream for the assigned entities in accordance with local GAAP, IFRS, and Group Reporting policies and in line with the established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) / Group Timelines.

• Drive a customer-centric approach by building partnerships and open discussions to capture developing concerns, issues, and identify best practices. Conduct regular monthly business reviews with the local stakeholders.

• Manage and resolve escalations, risks, and opportunities raised/identified.

• Responsible for leading the R2R team and keeping a high level of employee engagement.

The Media Relations Manager plays a key role in strengthening the company’s brand and reputation by maintaining good relationships with the media, communicating key company messages through traditional and new media platforms, and helping to manage PR issues as needed. • Process-oriented with an understanding of both financial and operational controls.
