You will be empowered to support the Category Management Team in foodpanda Philippines
â—Ź The role requires to drive development, growth & day to day operations for the nonfood category portfolio at PandaMart, this will include:
â—‹ Category Development: Be the voice of the consumer, be on top of Industry & Market Knowledge & consumer understanding of what customers buy and why. Develop category assortment in alignment with consumer needs and PandaMart strategy
â—‹ Range development: Expand categories basis selection requirement.
â—‹ Product Communication Strategy: Create consumer centric catalogue that helps improve conversion.
â—‹ Category profitability & Growth: Plan & deliver on growth(Volume, Value) in alignment with Internal Category teams
â—Ź Work with the commercial teams to drive discovery, traffic & conversion
â—Ź Ensure active participation in all relevant events across platforms
â—Ź Support the Category Managers and work closely with Business and Finance to manage portfolio pricing
â—Ź Inventory Management: Work closely with category & sourcing teams to ensure stock availability
â—Ź Quality: Own the quality scores (Ratings, reviews & return). Work closely with dark stores to take regular feedback & improve scores
â—Ź Other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by your supervisor
