• You will be leading the Talent Acquisition Team for foodpanda Philippines and support them in doing effective insights, hiring reports, stakeholder management and closing all requisition for their verticals
• You will take full accountability of the end to end recruitment process including strategy for improvements, developments and alignments with counterparts and senior management
• You will report directly to the People and Culture Head/Director and be responsible for submission of Talent Acquisition overall productivity, plans, and project with progress

• You will lead all recruiting activities and efforts and effectively manage all sourcing channels for foodpanda

• Renegotiate the contracts conditions such as commission rate or minimum basket size with restaurant manager on a regular basis
• Convince restaurant manager to implement the backlink on their website and/or a splash page to convert online traffic into additional orders
• Design and improve the aftersales process by streamlining the operations and the CRM system
• Find and convince the best partner restaurants to join the corporate menu booklet and monitor the order evolution as well as customer experience after integration
• Negotiate exclusive deals with the best partner restaurants in order to increase the orders and at the same time safeguarding the relationship quality to the partner restaurant
• Ensure that all partner restaurants maintain a high customer experience and brief them on how to even improve it

• Manage and enhance the work relationship with the 50-80 partner restaurant chains through regular, personal contact with the restaurant manager.
• Negotiate exclusive deals and marketing ads with the best partner restaurants in order to increase the orders and at the same time safeguarding the relationship quality to the partner restaurant
• Ensure that all partner restaurants maintain a high customer experience and brief them on how to even improve it
• Improve the aftersales process and care by helping partner restaurants with any issues they may encounter on the portal, with devices, any other operational issues they may encounter.

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree graduate

• Preferably 1-3 years lead or account management experience preferable in the food and beverages industry 

• Highly preferred: A local of Cebu City or currently resides in Cebu

• Great interpersonal and communication skills in person, strong negotiation skills

• Endurance and perseverance in the process of follow up on partner restaurants

• Pleasant personality, high level of enthusiasm and commitment

We are looking for a highly motivated Travel and Expense Specialist  to perform accounting and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of employee travel and expense transactions in order to ensure effective and accurate financial and administrative operations. This role reports to the Manager, T&E Service Delivery and will be based at foodpanda’s Service Delivery Centre in Taguig, Philippines.

Responsibilities:

• Perform day to day processing of employee travel and expense reports in a timely manner
• Audit employee expense reports to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policy requirements
• Assist employees with questions regarding the Travel and Expense Policy, SAP Concur, and general inquiries regarding business travel and expenses
• Deliver excellent technical and non-technical support for T&E related processes and system solutions
• Develop and maintain documentation regarding expense reimbursements, including training materials, standard operating procedures, correspondence, and website documentation
• Order, apply, assign, and coordinate cancellations for corporate credit cards (including virtual credit card)
• Record and pull data from SAP Concur and the corporate/virtual credit card vendor system
• Process daily accounting and attendee extracts and upload into partnering systems
• Month end reconciliation (Concur claims); Statement of Account/Invoice Reconciliation
• Process travel requests, advance payment requests and expense reports
• Helpdesk/Inquiry Handling
• Provide support in compliance relevant aspects: reporting, investigation of specific cases, analysis of expense reports
• Work with Travel Management Company (TMC) and function as second level escalation point for offline support
• Assist in the implementation of any functional changes to the expense reimbursement systems or procedures, ensuring related assignments are carried out in an efficient, effective and timely manner, and communicated effectively
• Liaise with internal and/or external auditors to provide documentation as required
• Undertake other duties as assigned by the APAC Travel Management and AP teams
