We are looking for a Campaigns Marketing Manager for DMart to join our growing business!

Responsibilities

1. Campaign Planning & Execution:

• Strategy Development: Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to support business objectives, such as increasing online sales, launching new products, or driving customer loyalty.

• Campaign Calendar: Develop and manage a campaign calendar to ensure timely and effective execution of seasonal and promotional marketing activities. 

• Cross-Channel Marketing: Plan and execute campaigns across multiple channels, including email marketing, paid search, display ads, social media, influencer partnerships, content marketing, and in-app promotions.

• Promotions & Offers: Design and implement promotional strategies (discounts, bundles, flash sales, etc.) to incentivize purchases and increase customer acquisition and retention.

2. Data-Driven Campaign Optimization:

• Analytics & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and eCommerce platform data. Provide regular performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting key metrics (ROI, customer acquisition, conversion rates, etc.).

• A/B Testing: Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, learning from user behavior to refine targeting, messaging, and design for higher engagement and conversion.

• Customer Insights: Leverage customer data and market research to segment target audiences, refine messaging, and tailor campaigns based on customer preferences and behaviors.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Category and Commercial Team: Work closely with the Category and Commercial Team to ensure that the right products are promoted, and that campaigns align with product availability, pricing, and inventory management.

• Marketing Team: Partner with the Marketing team to develop high-quality, on-brand campaign assets, including ads, email templates, banners, and social media content.

4. Brand Building & Customer Engagement:

• Brand Consistency: Ensure that all campaigns align with the company’s brand voice, messaging, and values. Maintain a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints.

• Customer Retention: Develop and execute customer retention campaigns (loyalty programs, re-engagement strategies, etc.) to increase lifetime customer value and foster long-term relationships.

• Community Building: Use social media and email channels to engage with customers, create brand advocates, and foster a sense of community around the brand.

5. Budget Management:

• Campaign Budgets: Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated appropriately to maximize ROI and campaign success.

• Cost Efficiency: Track spend across all marketing channels and optimize for cost-effectiveness, ensuring marketing efforts are driving measurable results within budget constraints.

7. Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

• Market Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity in the grocery Quick Commerce space.

• Competitive Benchmarking: Analyze competitor campaigns and identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement in campaign strategies.

• Manage and enhance the work relationship with the 50-80 partner restaurant chains through regular, personal contact with the restaurant manager.
• Negotiate exclusive deals and marketing ads with the best partner restaurants in order to increase the orders and at the same time safeguarding the relationship quality to the partner restaurant
• Ensure that all partner restaurants maintain a high customer experience and brief them on how to even improve it
• Improve the aftersales process and care by helping partner restaurants with any issues they may encounter on the portal, with devices, any other operational issues they may encounter.

• Manage and enhance the work relationship with the 20-30 partner restaurant chains through regular, personal contact with the restaurant manager
• Renegotiate the contracts conditions such as commission rate or minimum basket size with restaurant manager on a regular basis
• Convince restaurant manager to implement the backlink on their website and/or a splash page to convert online traffic into additional orders
• Design and improve the aftersales process by streamlining the operations and the CRM system
• Find and convince the best partner restaurants to join the corporate menu booklet and monitor the order evolution as well as customer experience after integration
• Negotiate exclusive deals with the best partner restaurants in order to increase the orders and at the same time safeguarding the relationship quality to the partner restaurant
• Ensure that all partner restaurants maintain a high customer experience and brief them on how to even improve it

• Review financials and monitor submissions in SAP/OneStream for the assigned entities in accordance with local GAAP, IFRS, and Group Reporting policies and in line with the established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) / Group Timelines.

• Drive a customer-centric approach by building partnerships and open discussions to capture developing concerns, issues, and identify best practices. Conduct regular monthly business reviews with the local stakeholders.

• Manage and resolve escalations, risks, and opportunities raised/identified.

• Responsible for leading the R2R team and keeping a high level of employee engagement.

• Ensure proper documentation and authorization for manual journal entries.

• Provide complete and timely R2R support in various audits and review requirements ensuring smooth and compliant operations.

• Reconciles subsidiary and general ledger accounts.

• Drive change management and related implementations in positively transforming the service delivery.

• Set up appropriate performance targets and conduct timely performance reviews to develop team members and address issues/concerns.

• Perform all other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Lead, R2R Service Delivery.

• Coach and mentor the team to improve performance and engagement.

• Preparation and posting of journals in SAP for the assigned entities in accordance with local GAAP, IFRS, and Group Reporting policies and in line with the established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Ensure that month-end closing tasks are completed in a timely manner and Group’s month-end closing timelines are met consistently.

• Ensure that intercompany (IC) postings are validated and correctly posted in SAP and IC balances are reconciled with counterparties on a monthly basis.

• Coordinating with the different stakeholders of financial data dependencies, ensuring completeness & timeliness of entries booking.

• Work with Regional/ Central Accounting and Controlling teams to clarify and perform in-depth analysis on monthly Financial Statement and Consumer Reconciliation reviews.

• Maintain SL vs GL reconciliation of the different accounts

• Resolve reconciling items in a timely manner or escalate items posing delay risks in achieving the SLAs.

• Respond to in-market queries and post accounting adjustments as required.

• Provide support during Group audit reviews, local Statutory audit, and internal audits.

• Continually standardize, automate, and streamline to improve efficiency in financial reporting.

• Perform all other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Lead / Manager, R2R Service Delivery.
