• Has prior B2B experience and a background in customer service, particularly with U.S. clients.
• Proficient in using tools such as HubSpot, dialers (Twilio, Call Hippo), or similar platforms, as well as Google Workspace.
• Has a track record of taking ownership of tasks and asking questions when necessary.
• Experience working with a startup, with a strong inclination toward process improvement.
• Shows initiative and a proactive approach to completing tasks.

The ideal candidate will have the capability to implement Agile practices effectively and possess a certification such as Scrum Master (preferred). The Project Manager will be responsible for managing software projects, ensuring that Agile methodologies are followed, and utilizing tools like Trello or Jira to track project progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
