As a Shift Supervisor, you will spend your working day mainly at your desk, interacting – in person and via phone and e-mail, with our Game Presenters – your main stakeholder - and management.
The job will help you grow your organizational skills, as well as fast paced decision making, thinking outside of the box, looking for creative solutions to make sure personnel and staff number on shift is adequate to keep the operations running.
To complete the picture, a high level of problem solving and your ability to multitask.
Ideally, you have previously worked in a fast-paced environment, where attention to details and sense of ‘doing right’ was at their maximum level.
You will spend the first 2 weeks of your employment with us in our state of the art Academy where you will be taught our games and all the procedures, together with internal procedures and tools.
Main tasks
Make sure all Game presenters arrived at work and are ready to run the show!
- Create internal rotation patterns, taking care of long absence, sick leaves, changes in the GPs schedule Uniform handing
- Create Game Presenters Monthly Schedule.
- Manage various requests of team members and handle them on a timely manner; Establish and foster cross departmental cooperation;
