Role Overview
We are searching for a highly qualified chief of staff to work closely with their executive team. From day one, the chief of staff will have an immediate impact on the company’s productivity, streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and communicating objectives between departments. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a business management role, with a special focus on executive-level advising and interdepartmental collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless functioning of the executive office.
- Lead client outreach initiatives, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Demonstrate exceptional English language proficiency for effective communication.
- Manage calendars efficiently, optimizing the executive's time and commitments.
- Utilize tools such as G Suite, Notion, Airtable, Slack, and basic SaaS software for streamlined operations.
- Drive new business initiatives, contributing to the growth and development of the organization.
- Exhibit excellent time management skills, balancing multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Contribute as a proficient individual contributor, taking on tasks from recruitment to onboarding.
- Perform administrative tasks to maintain organizational efficiency.
- Proven experience in operations and a track record of successful client outreach.
- Exceptional English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in time management, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to generate new business opportunities.
- Competent in using G Suite, Notion, Airtable, Slack, and basic SaaS software.
- Familiarity or experience with working with AI tools.
- Must be highly skilled in research, putting together databases and information.
- Experience in managing calendars and optimizing executive schedules.
- Track record of successful management from recruitment to onboarding.
- Highly organized with the ability to handle administrative tasks effectively.
