The client is building software for an industry that has relied on paper and pen for a long time. Their mission is to build an all-in-one cloud-based platform that empowers pharmacists to schedule, document, and manage clinical services at scale. The company's clients include the 2 largest pharmacy chains in Canada, servicing 3500+ pharmacies, and powering over ~14M patient services, including playing a critical role across the country throughout the pandemic. The organization’s ultimate vision is to transform pharmacies from today’s dispensing locations to tomorrow’s health hubs.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Create accurate and compliant FHIRr5 questionnaires based on provided questions in PDF format and/or written requirements.
- Utilize tools to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the configuration process.
- Contribute to the JSON Structures library to simplify the process of creating questionnaires continuously.
- Use Adobe Acrobat to map questionnaire fields into PDF templates effectively.
- Efficiently design, set up, and oversee data dashboards tailored for non-technical team members, ensuring clarity and user-friendliness.
- Regularly update dashboards to reflect evolving needs and data streams accurately.
- Develop a deep understanding of the client’s data model, ensuring a comprehensive grasp of its nuances.
- Act as the bridge between technical data experts and non-technical teams, facilitating effective communication and understanding.
- Collaborate closely with various teams to ensure that data insights are actionable, relevant, and aligned with the client’s strategic objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in configuring FHIRr5 Questionnaires, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting.
- Proficiency in using Adobe Acrobat to map Questionnaire fields into PDF templates.
- Strong understanding of data dashboards design and management, emphasizing user-friendliness and clarity.
- Familiarity with data architecture principles and the ability to analyze complex data structures.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to evolving requirements and technologies in the healthcare data analysis field.
