We are seeking a dynamic Field Representative to join our Product Operations team. This hybrid role combines the responsibilities of a liaison officer and a sales development representative, ensuring robust client engagement beyond our offices. The Field Representative will play a critical role in bridging internal teams and external stakeholders, fostering relationships, and driving First Circle’s growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- You will personally deliver the physical demand letters to First Circle’s overdue customer on a daily basis.
- You will collect post-dated cheques on behalf of First Circle’s sales and operations teams on a daily basis.
- You will identify and engage potential clients through targeted prospecting efforts by delivering First Circle’s intent letters on a daily basis.
- You will serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders, fostering strong client relationships.
- Accurately document meetings and correspondence while delivering timely reports to relevant teams.
- Address client concerns with effective and efficient solutions, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Essential: Bachelor's degree in any field.
