TALENT AQUISITION ASSOCIATE

Position Summary

Responsible for assisting the talent and culture team; with end-to-end recruitment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the Applicant Tracker and or Employee Database.
• Handles hiring Associate level and Store-based positions (end to end).
• Monitor the performance evaluation of employees under training and probationary employment.
• Assist in strategic planning and sourcing of candidates - increase the visibility on social media platforms.
• Foster long-term relationships with the candidates.
• Helps the Franchisees on hiring by forwarding received resumes.

Job Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent is required

Work Experience

• At least two (2) years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• Preferably in the field of Food and Restaurant Services

Relevant Skills

• Strong interpersonal skills
• People-person
• Experienced in doing massive hiring for the store-based position
• Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino both written and verbal, another language/s is a plus

Job Title: Operations Manager

Reports to Chief Operations Officer

Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule

This role manages operational efficiency and assures the daily operations of the store ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.

• Responsible for generating and analyzing daily sales reports, OPEX, P&L, and Inventory Management.
• Coordinate marketing strategies by using/ analyzing the latest trends to achieve targets based on the branch performance.
• Acquire good leadership skills to handle all concerns from subordinates to customers and provide necessary trainings needed by the frontliners.
• Handles internal and external stakeholders to ensure profitability of assigned brands and mitigating operational expenses.
• Supervise specific brand operations assigned by the Operations Head.
• Responsible for financial reports and competition analysis based on targets set by finance.
• Preparation and provide daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports on a timely manner.
• Understand sales opportunities of company-owned and franchise stores.
