Job Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support.
• Maintain and monitor an inventory of items, including but not limited to supplies, equipment, and furniture, under the guidance of an immediate superior.
• Observing cleanliness in private and public office areas in coordination with the office maintenance team.
• Handle vendor and supplier communications. Sourcing of items and creating purchase requisitions included.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate superior.

• Completed at least two (2) years in college or must possess a vocational/short course certificate.
• Must be able to communicate in English fluently (both oral and written).
• Well-organized and a self-starter.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
• Related experience is a plus but not required.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
